Mangoes – some goodness in the sweetness

Mangoes are known to be the “King of tropical fruits”. They are very popular in South Africa.

Mangoes do have many good properties and contain quite a few very healthy micro-nutrients. Mangoes can be eaten as a snack, as part of a salad or even as a after dinner treat.
