Chanelle Retief – Owner, founder and dietitian. 

Chanelle is based mainly in Kempton Park (but also sometimes at the Springs – CrossFit RAG branch and in Pretoria at the SuperSport Park branch). Chanelle is also the dietitian mainly responsible for the specialized ICU in The Glynnwood.

 Tami Van Heerden 

Tami works in the Glynnwood ICU on Thursday mornings as well as some weekends. #FeedingThoseThatCantFeedThemselves

 Kaela Sevenster

Kaela is based in Kempton Park and Benoni. Kaela works with Chanelle in the specialised ICU at Life The Glynnwood most mornings. Kaela is available for outpatient consultations in Kempton Park and Benoni most afternoons and some mornings.

 Miriam Fitchat 

Miriam has got her own practice, called Diet Defined, based in Pretoria. Miriam can be found in the Midstream ICU (Diet Defined) and in Glynnwood ICU on weekends (NutriFundi).

Amanda is mainly based at the Benoni office. Amanda has a passion for corporate wellness, corporate talks and Zumba!

 Cindy Retief 

Our awesome practice manager. She is the face behind 95% of our emails and 100% of our WhatsApp messages. Cindy is in charge of all our bookings as well as lots and lots and lots of other behind-the-scenes admin.

 Joey 

If you have ever visited our Vlei Street branch, you would have met Joey! Joey is our emotional support system… not only for the patients, but for the team as well. What do they say?? You can’t pour from an empty cup!
