The session was very informative. Chantelle is so easy to talk to, yet very professional!! I learned so much about my body, which will most definitely have a great impact on my (new) eating habits and my exercise program. I now know exactly what to focus on!!! Totally worth it!
Chanelle motivates me every time I visit her to reach my goal weight. I still have a way to go but with Chanelle as my dietitian is am sure that i will achieve my goal weight.
